1. Agreement
By using this website (aurora.sun369.live) or the Aurora Ventures applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Aurora Ventures (Sole Proprietorship, Texas) is the provider.
2. Service
Aurora provides four AI utilities — Email Studio, Document Distill, Meeting Recall, Invoice Triage — for use by US small businesses. Service is offered "as-is" during private beta; pricing and SLAs will be defined ahead of general availability.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful purpose under US law.
- No content that violates third-party rights.
- No attempt to reverse-engineer the Aurora prompts, knowledge base, or inference pipeline.
- No automated scraping at scale.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Aurora (emails, documents, transcripts, receipts). Aurora processes that content solely to provide the service you requested. Aurora does not use customer content to train models.
5. Disclaimer
Aurora is a productivity utility, not a legal, accounting, or professional advisory service. Outputs of the AI utilities should be reviewed by a competent human before being acted upon, especially for contracts, financial categorization, and outgoing communications. Aurora is not liable for outcomes resulting from acting on AI outputs without human review.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by US law, Aurora's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. Aurora is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing info@sun369.live. Aurora may terminate accounts that violate these Terms after one written warning.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are adjudicated in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes
Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
