We operate from Irving, Texas and apply US data-protection norms (FTC, applicable state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA where applicable to a small business).

2. What we collect
Marketing site (this website)
- If you submit the contact form: name, email, optional phone, business name, your message.
- If you visit any page: privacy-preserving analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies set, no IP stored, no cross-site tracking.
Product (private beta)
- Account email and password hash.
- The content you submit to Aurora (emails, documents, transcripts, receipts) for the purpose of processing it.
- Per-job usage logs (which utility, when, how many tokens) for billing and operational metrics.
3. Where it lives
All Aurora data is stored in Amazon Web Services US-East-2 (Ohio) as the primary region, with a small mirror in US-East-1 (N. Virginia) for high availability. No customer data leaves United States AWS regions.
4. Who else sees it
Aurora's only sub-processors:
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. — cloud infrastructure, storage, and Anthropic Claude inference via Amazon Bedrock. Subject to AWS Service Terms.
- Anthropic PBC — model provider through Amazon Bedrock. Subject to Anthropic enterprise terms applicable through Bedrock; no customer data is used to train models.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS + this website's hosting (Cloudflare Pages) + privacy-preserving analytics.
5. How long we keep it
- Marketing site contact form submissions: 12 months from receipt.
- Active customer accounts: for the lifetime of the account.
- Closed customer accounts: 90 days, then irreversibly purged.
- Customer documents (uploaded for processing): deleted within 24 hours of processing unless the customer explicitly saves them.
- Audit logs: 180 days as required by our security baseline.
6. Your rights
You can request: a copy of your data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of your account and all associated data; export of your data in a portable format. We respond within 7 working days and resolve within 30 days. Write to info@sun369.live with subject "Data request — [your account email]".
7. No targeted advertising. No data sale.
Aurora does not sell personal information. Aurora does not share personal information with advertising networks. Aurora does not use behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking.
8. Children's data
Aurora's product is intended for use by US businesses and their staff. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
9. Security
TLS 1.3 for all transit. AES-256 at rest in AWS KMS. Mandatory 2FA for the operator account. Quarterly security review. No production data on developer machines.
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes notified via email to registered customers and announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Version history available on request.
11. Contact / disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Disputes adjudicated in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
